Meditation for the day.

So this meditation might freak some of you guys out or even make you laugh but I really enjoyed it today. I love to meditate to audio like this when I am aware that I have absorbed the energy of fear. 

This specific meditation caught my eye because it is a Buddhist meditation. I have always been intrigued by Buddhism and I’ve done a great deal of research on its teachings. I find it to be a really peaceful practice. So with all things that are going on, what better than to get in the energy of a peaceful practice. 

One of the things that I meditate on is obtaining a peaceful and abundant state of mind. Meditating on this reminds me that I must be more interested in obtaining a specific state of mind before I am interested in obtaining any materialistic or external goal. 

I hope that you guys can enjoy this meditation and put it to use for your own benefit. Also, don’t be afraid to do what you need to do before hand to help vibrate higher 😉
