Lonely is just a word. It isn’t tangible. It isn’t real. The only way that the word lonely can be a reality is if you allow it to be one for you.Feeling lonely is a choice. A choice that often times makes you do things you typically wouldn’t do. Such as eat several Hershey chocolate bars and watch repeats of Sex in the City.
When you are choosing to accept lonely as an experience I want you to remember that it doesn’t have to be an experience for you. You can turn loneliness into enjoyable solitude or giving yourself undivided attention. It’s all about how you perceive it.
